Teri Tosti is a highly experienced small business lender with 30 years of commercial banking experience and bringing particular expertise in SBA financing. Teri’s entire professional career has been focused on supporting small businesses and ensuring that they have what is most critical to their financial needs: Access to capital. As REDCO’s senior vice president, Teri supports strategic planning, business development, and marketing initiatives primarily the Virginia market.
Prior to joining REDCO, Teri spent the last 28 years as a small business lender serving the Virginia, Maryland, DC and West Virginia markets. Teri earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. Teri is also involved with a number of Small Business Development Centers throughout Virginia, providing education and consulting services for small businesses in all phases of their organization, from start-up through succession planning.
