I had two unique financing opportunities from business owners looking at purchasing commercial real estate. One of the business owners was purchasing an office condo for the business, but the building had a nontraditional layout that included more than one parcel. Joe and Jaimie used their expertise with the SBA 504 program to ensure our customer was able to acquire SBA financing with no hiccups. The other business owner was interested in acquiring a property for the business, but a portion of the property was already occupied by tenants.
