Allison Graves brings over 15 years of experience as a paralegal with a focus on corporate real estate law, and during her career, she has worked with locally based practices, as well as one of the largest law firms in the world.
As REDCO’s director of operations, Allison is responsible for REDCO’s loan closings and servicing. Her responsibilities include working with borrowers and partners to ensure an efficient, smooth loan-closing process, and she remains engaged with borrowers and bank partners through the loan-servicing life cycle.
Allison is a 2024 graduate of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Fredericksburg program, a rigorous nine-month program to help community and business leaders enhance their leadership skills and increase their impact within the community and workplace.
