Mission
REDCO is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote economic development and growth of the small business community throughout the entire state of Virginia. Through long-term, low down payment, fixed rate financing, REDCO supports small business growth, promotes job creation and retention and helps increase the local tax base in the areas it serves. Our intent is to provide a positive economic impact within our community, and to meet the public policy goals of the Small Business Administration (SBA).
